The employees are outstandingly accommodating and exceptionally attentive. the location is amazing in a modern area, very close to Mackenzie, the shops, docks, and downtown.

I booked a room with a very comfy bed, a safe box, TV set, and a fridge. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable the entire time.

We recommend it. Everything was very good, knowledgeable staff, stunning location right by restaurant, all the great restaurants and cafes and the island. We really enjoyed rooms with balcony. The service was excellent and the food was appetising!

The room had a complete renovation and was stocked with amazing toiletries; there was a delicious variety of breakfast options available.

I liked Tofino, the room size was good, the bed was comfortable. The staff unfortunately wasn't very good at replenishing things like toilet paper or morning coffee.

The staff was lazy. and the level of cleanliness wasn't the greatest. eg. we showed up 3 hours after "check in" time and the room was not cleaned yet, there was hair and what not on the floor in the bathroom. I could go on more but you get the point. maybe they were having an off day.

The convenience of Duffin Cove to the town of Tofino. We did not have to drive to any of our excursions, shops, or restaurants, we just walked to everything.

The hotel was just fine for our purposes.

Room and hotel site very poorly maintained - room patio door coming off runners so couldn't open to use patio / numerous lights not working / several power points not working / path and stairs to room -wood rotting in places & overgrown plants / room veiw obscured by overgrown trees very expensive and overall hotel in a very sad condition

The venue was newly remodelled. I liked the stay and the location was beautiful just off the water front, and all the local shops and restaurants. - the rooms were newly decorated, with spa-like bathroom. - A lot of food for breakfast, it was appetising. I enjoyed my stay at Duffin Cove Resort after their recent renovations. the location right by the waterfront and close to local shops and restaurants was fantastic. the rooms felt fresh and modern, with a spa-like bathroom creating a relaxing atmosphere. the breakfast spread was plentiful and really delicious.

it is a motel/cabin not a resort as the name implies! it this was the deluxe room i really do not want to stay on a basic one! the cabin was quite run down the room was somewhat clean but did not leave a good impression. no facilities of any sort. we were lucky with our neighborough being quiet like us otherwise will be a nightmare being the room very poorly isolated

I thought the barbecue area should have been better. More shelving in the room would be nice. There were no hooks to hang up coats. This was painful as it rain every day.
